Among salespeople, around 50%—about 6.7 million individuals—are compensated based on commission, which means their income is tied directly to their performance, adding to the pressures they face.

Sales are undeniably the lifeblood of any organization. No matter how great a product or service is, without a team to bring it to market, a company simply cannot survive. Sales teams are indispensable.

I asked for each of the leaders input on what had caused the problem and then what their solution would be. It was amazing to me that 100% of those leaders came to me in our 1 on 1 meeetings and could easily articulate the problem but less than 10% of these leaders came with a solution that they could talk about in any detail.

In today's world, the approach to disagreement often involves crushing those who hold opposing views. There's a stark lack of civility, love, listening, empathy, and respect.

Age, in itself, shouldn’t be the sole criterion to disqualify someone from an endeavor, including running for president. The reason I believe this to be true is throughout my life, I’ve known many individuals in their 70s and 80s who were highly capable, especially mentally. They functioned at a high level in various roles.

The importance of taking time to recharge cannot be overstated. It's crucial for not only our mental health but also for effective planning ahead. Our essential Sunday provides a refreshing opportunity to reset and recharge. For me, inspiration plays a significant role in this renewal process, while others may find rest to be immensely beneficial. Regardless of the method, it is imperative that we allocate time to recharge.
